Meet the Havoc staff

Get to know the dedicated individuals who drive the Harrisburg Havoc to victory. From the sidelines to the front office, our staff are passionate about football and committed to our success. Join us in celebrating the people who make it all happen!

Our Owners

The Harrisburg Havoc is proudly supported by a dedicated mother-and-daughter duo whose commitment goes far beyond the field. Mother Tiffany and daughter Kaeli represent the heart of our organization. While Kaeli takes the field as a player, Tiffany works tirelessly behind the scenes doing everything she can not only to support her daughter, but to support every Havoc player and coach.

Together, they embody the spirit of family, dedication, and community that defines the Havoc. Their passion for women’s football and belief in the team fuels the positive culture that surrounds the organization. From the sidelines to the locker room, their encouragement and commitment help ensure every player and coach has the support they need to succeed, both on and off the field.

Jeff "Grandpa"

Harrisburg Havoc wants to give a huge shoutout to Jeff — better known as “Grandpa” to all our players. No matter what the team needs, Grandpa is always there to help. From setting up the field on game days, filming every game and submitting our film, to making our hats, creating end-of-season awards, and even cooking for the team, he does it all with a smile. His dedication, support, and love for this team never go unnoticed. We appreciate Grandpa tremendously and are so thankful for everything he does for the Havoc family!

Meet our Coaches

Coach D’Ware made his mark early, excelling in high school football and earning recognition as a member of the prestigious Pennsylvania Big 33 Football Classic team. Following graduation, he continued his football journey at the junior college level, showcasing his talent and dedication to the game.

However, family came first. D’Ware made the decision to return home to be present for the birth of his first daughter—a choice that would shape both his life and his purpose. As a proud girl dad, he has come to believe deeply that young women can achieve anything they set their minds to.

That belief led him to the sidelines, where he now serves as a coach for the Harrisburg Havoc—a program with special meaning to him, as his mother played a role in its creation. Today, Coach D’Ware is committed to developing strong, confident athletes while continuing a family legacy rooted in empowerment, opportunity, and the love of the game.

Coach Cameron, Offensive Coordinator, is a dedicated and passionate leader committed to developing athletes both on and off the field. He believes football is more than just a game—it’s an opportunity to teach life lessons such as discipline, accountability, leadership, and perseverance.

With a strong focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and effort, Coach Cameron works to create a structured and positive environment where athletes can grow, compete, and build confidence. His coaching style encourages players to give their best every day while supporting and respecting their teammates.

Coach Cameron is passionate about helping each athlete reach their full potential. He challenges players to work hard, stay disciplined, and believe in themselves both in practice and during games.

Beyond the field, Coach Cameron emphasizes sportsmanship and character. He encourages his athletes to be leaders in their schools, supportive teammates, and positive members of their community.

For Coach Cameron, success is measured not only by wins and losses, but by the growth, confidence, and character each athlete develops throughout the season

Coach Orey is entering his first season coaching women’s football, and he has quickly developed a true passion for the game at this level. His energy, dedication, and commitment to player development make him a valuable addition to the team.

A proud father of four daughters, Coach Orey is deeply motivated by family. Being a girl dad has strengthened his belief that young women can accomplish anything they set their minds to. One of his biggest goals is to one day coach his own daughters in women’s football.

Coach Orey played college football at Stevenson University, where he built a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and competition. He continues to stay active in the game, coaching high school, youth, and post-graduate football programs this fall.

With a diverse coaching background and a passion for mentoring athletes, Coach Orey is dedicated to helping his players grow both on and off the field.

Coach DQ brings passion, experience, and high energy to our program, and we’re excited to have him on board. A former dual-sport athlete at both the high school and collegiate levels, he understands the discipline, commitment, and work it takes to succeed. To DQ, football is more than X’s and O’s—it’s about dedication, growth, and how you respond to adversity. That mindset drives his coaching. He’s focused on developing not just athletes, but leaders—pushing his players to stay focused, driven, and resilient. Coach DQ’s impact on our athletes and Havoc family will be a strong one.
